ZAGNY SCHOLARSHIPS: We invite applications for financial assistance (Scholarship/Loan) for the academic year 2006-2007 from members who are studying at accredited institutions in the United States. Applicants should be full-time students. The last date for filing an application is August 31, 2006. Criteria To Qualify For Scholarship Loan:

1. The applicant must be residing in North America as a citizen, permanent resident or visa holder.
2. The applicant must be between the ages of 15-35 inclusive.
3. The applicant must fill out the scholarship application and submit no later than August 31st for the upcoming school year.
4. The applicant can attach any information he/she thinks that may help influence the decision in obtaining a scholarship loan.
5. The applicant must be a Zagny member at the time of disbursements of funds.

The Applicant must be aware that:

• This is an interest free loan from the Zoroastrian community and must be repaid in full in a timely manner. Your payments are used for future student s in need! He/she will have to sign and submit a copy of the payment promissory note.
• He/she will be required to keep the scholarship committee chairperson up to date with (a) copy of college transcripts every semester/year in school; (b) change of address; (c) any updates with his/her activities; etc.
